On Oct 1 at 19:14 Pacific time, Tibo announced a global reset for all paid ChatGPT accounts the following day, Oct 2, at 10am PST. He also said GPT-6.1 Sol had returned to expected speeds after a massive load spike in its first two days. The reset remains pending. The post says PST without clarifying daylight saving time, so its original time wording is preserved.
