On Day 17, Tibo said it was reset day and followed up that it would land tomorrow before 10am PST, while reminding users to obtain Daybreak Blue access in advance. Under the project's Pacific-local time convention, the deadline marker is October 22, 2026 at 10:00 PT (UTC−7); it marks a cutoff, not an exact delivery time. Plan coverage is unspecified.
